Amigos buenas noches, a continuacion les hago llegar un requerimiento de personal con experiencia para trabajar en una refineria en Kurdistan la misma adonde trabaja Jose Chacon (jbanderson76@gmail.com) y tambien han trabajado otros companeros de GdelP (Johnny Maldonado, David, Bello, etc). Aqui te envio mas informacion en relacion a los perfiles solicitados y condiciones de trabajo.

 

Muy importante dar prioridad al personal que se defienda  con el ingles.

Los supervisores  DEBEN  hablar ingles.

Las cantidades de personal es mayor a lo indicado aqui abajo.

SERVICE based on the following recitals:

Ø  Supply the necessary, qualified and competent personnel with the experience and knowledge required tor the TECHNICAL SERVICE, and

Ø  Ensure a high quality standard in the performance of the TECHNICAL SERVICE

 

The scope of work for the TECHNICAL SERVICE to be provided by OCALA includes the following aspects:

a.    Provide and manage personnel for the positions and/or responsibilities listed underneath:

                                               i.     CORE TEAM

It will consist of five (5) persons with extensive experience in oil refining projects and process units, and have been involved with stabilization of the units, operations of the units, field training, and control of DCSs. The Core team will consist mainly of professional engineers

 

The make-up of the CORE TEAM will be as indicated:

1.     One (1) CORE TEAM MANAGER

2.     Three (3) Shift Refinery Supervisor

3.     One (1) Technician responsible for issuing work permits and supporting planning maintenance activities

 

                                             ii.     OPERATIONS TEAM

It will consist of twenty seven (27) individuals that assume the listed responsibilities:

·      Become familiar with plant facilities and controls so as to support refinery operation in an accelerated approach

·      Elaboration of operations procedures

·      Provide hands-on training for client personnel

·      Assist in staffing

·      Commission and start operations when required. All work will be carried out safely, efficiently and with fully-accepted refinery practices

·      Serve as Senior Operators on Shift Basis working 12 hours per shift during commissioning, start-up, initial operations and normal operations.

 

The make-up of the OPERATIONS TEAM will be as indicated:

1.     Six (6) operators in Distillation / Gas Plant / SWS

2.     Nine (9) operators in Reformer / HDT / Isomerization

3.     Six (6) operators in Utilities / Mercaptan Treating / Storage Transfer

4.     Six (6) operators at DCSs

 

2.      Assumptions:

Ø  OCALA will offer highly qualified professionals with the required profiles and competences to perform the TECHNICAL SERVICE required on site or as agreed between the PARTIES

Ø  Should the performance of any of the Consultants, Managers, Supervisors or Operators not meet client's expectations, OCALA will replace this professional. OCALA will also replace any member of its team at client's request

Ø  OCALA professionals will receive technical support as required from OCALA´ Corporate Support

Ø  OCALA's teams will be integrated to client operational structure

Ø  OCALA will designate a professional representative from its corporate office as focal point to support the execution of this Contract.

  

Exhibit B

 

1.     The total amount of the contract for the TECHNICAL SERVICE comprised in Exhibit A has been estimated as per the following terms and conditions. The calculated amount is considered a lump sum.

Ø  WORKING TIME ON A PER WEEK BASIS (office hours per week)

o   Core Team: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day

o   Operations Team: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day

Ø  WORKING TIME ON A SHIFT SCHEDULE BASIS

o   Core Team:

§  7 days per week, 12 hours per day

§  Rotation plan: 66 days (11 days in day shift / 22 days in night shift / 11 days in day shift / 22 days off)

o   Operations Team:

§  7 days per week, 12 hours per day

§  Rotation plan: 66 days (11 days in day shift / 22 days in night shift / 11 days in day shift / 22 days off)

Ø  OVERTIME FEES

o   Additional hours on working days will have an overcharge of 25% over Base Man-hour fee

o   For personnel working on a per week basis, additional hours on weekends and holidays will have an overcharge of 25% over Base Man-hour fee

o   NOTE: Overtime hours must be approved by client

Ø  VACATIONS

o   Personnel working on a per week basis

§  Core team: After 4 months, personnel will be entitled to 2 weeks of vacation

§  Operations team: After 4 months, personnel will be entitled to 2 weeks of vacation

§  Vacation time will be paid as regular working time

   Client will cove air tickets to Country of Citizenship and other travelling associated expenses during vacation time

o   Personnel working on a shift schedule basis

§  Core team: The 22 days off per each rotation plan are considered vacation time (travelling time is considered vacation time)

§  Operations team: The 22 days off per each rotation plan are considered vacation time (travelling time is considered vacation time)

§  Vacation time will be paid as regular working time

§  Client will cover air tickets every 66 days to Country of Citizenship and other travelling associated expenses during vacation time

o   CLIENT ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Work Related

·      Visa paperwork (if needed)

·      The permits required to grant access to the Refinery and Administration Buildings

·      Work permits to allow to perform OCALA's scope of work

·      Safety equipment to perform the job

·      Require office space, internet access , and telephone among others

·      If needed, transportation inside client facilities

·      Proper working conditions at offices or work sites

·     

§  Travel and Living Expenses

·      Air fare expenses from and to Country of Citizenship (Economic Class)

·      Accommodations at the Refinery camp (fully furnished housing)

·      Laundry and maid room services

·      Three meals per days

·      Utilities and basic services

·      Transportation to main city twice a week

§  Local Taxes

·      Client will cover any local, regional of Federal tax (in Kurdistan or Iraq) related to the execution of the contract

o   CHANGE IN STAFFING

§  Client reserves the right to reduce the number of persons in any team (Core and Operations) at any time. Nonetheless, notice must be given to OCALA at least 22 days prior of the departure date for vacation.
